    Why do you say that colonics are harmful? “I prefer ingestible laxatives like, sea salts and/or herbal tea. These are ideal methods for cleaning the colonic tract without the harmful effects of colonics.”

    Do you know anything about Tourette’s Syndrome? I’ve had it since a was a toddler. I’ve noticed that coffee, chocolate and anything with caffeine in it causes my tics to flare.

      Hi I am just reading this page and have my own alternative page….I recommend trying Magnesiun EAP from Biocare and B6 as part of a high potency multi- B formulation …..try for 1 month as see if helps…if does then eat foods rich in these vits and minerals to maintain your health and use supplements if symptoms return/worsen.     Good Day .. I would like your assistance in Fibroids. I live in Canada but I can pay you whatever via skype. Please just tell me the remedy. I have a remarkable diet (no meat for 15 years, I consume things like sprouts, chlorophyll, chlorella, E3Live, Marine Phytoplanktin, NO soy, no chocolate, no pop, no dairy, im a 90 percent raw vegan but know my nutritional stuff. 145 lbs play professional soccer …. and the fibroids came every since my Mother passed. Please help.

    hello doctor, i followed a 10 day green smoothie diet of spinish , and some fruits and water, but i became constipated, ,,,i would like to do the diet again but what do i need to do to keep a constant bowel movement?

      Good morning Meshel, during the 21 day fast we had last month Dr Akilah and I took her detox supplement. She talks about how important it is to have regular BMs while fasting and her detox supplement REALLY WORKS. So if you want help with constipation be sure to buy it from our store.     Ive been dealing with bv is there a natural cure? I’m avoiding antibiotics and I’ve been reading Kevin Trudeaus book “they don’t want u to know”. So I’ve completely changed my diet and I was thinking abt doin colonhydrotherapy would tht be a good idea?

    My daughter has Gilbert’s Syndrome which her doc said was “no big deal”. It’s a big deal on occasion as her liver (filter) only works at approx. 60%. One slumber party—or special event with cheetos and pizza on the menu, lack of sleep and a little stress thrown in when trying to make up homework missed, and she is sluggish at best, sick at worst. We are at least happy to have her diagnosed (for yrs., I just thought she got “sleepover hangovers” ! Do you have any cures or ways to cope other than lots of water, fruits & veggies, sleep and sun? **Parents out there with kids who are sloths for days after sleepovers or other big events, and who, as infants, had to be under bili-lights for jaundice, google Gilbert’s Syndrome. Read lots.

    Do you know about a disease called CRPS? Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. Can you tell me what you would do to treat it. I eat tons of veggies and fruits as well as blend and juice, but I have found nothing to stop the burning throughout my body. Thank you. Helen

    Hello, do you have any experience with Lipoma? Not to be confused with Lymphoma. It is the size of half a golf ball on my shoulder (between my arms and chest). No body knows what causes it other than it is known to attack the weakest part of your body (I suffer from a dislocated shoulder). I was told it is not harmful nor cancerous but I am still worried about it. Do you have any suggestions?

    Prune juice drank first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, warm or cold using NO LESS than 12 oz, once per week, has served me well for over 15 years. Expensive colonics or system cleanses really aren’t necessary. You cannot even imagine how well this works. I’m now almost sixty-years-old, and have NEVER had colon or female problems, or any major disease for that matter, including indigestion or heartburn. There’s gotta be something to it. WARNING: DO NOT leave the house for about 4 hours after drinking the juice. Stay very, very close to a bathroom.

    Im constantly getting bronquitis, and last for a long time. I was treated with allergy shots and seem to worked for a while. I leave in Az is dry desert andlots of allergies. Im tired of being sick. Is costing me problems at work, I hate the feeling , is horrible. I read about the peroxide and I would like to know if that can be the answer. and how to use it.
