    Hello Dr. Akilah, i have a question regarding the baby shampoo. I have been losing lots of hair in the recent times. I can make out by looking at the front portion of my hair. i was wondering if using baby shampoo is fine or not. i am 24 yrs old.

    i just thought it might be better using chemIcal free shampoo then using shampoos with SLS. So i wanted to know In general if it is safe to use baby shampoo or not?

    thank you very much ma’am, for clarifying my doubts. What you think is the option for me that I should try to avoid hair fall further??? The reasons I feel for my hair fall are majorly shampoo and hard water. It would be appreciable if you can suggest me some solutions for the above reasons. Like I heard that using apple cider vinegar we can make hard water soft, is that true ma’am?

    Dr. El… I Enjoy all of your video’s and comments on your website. I have a relative who has been diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrigs Disease). I am of the belief that these patients can get well regardless of the researchers saying that there is no cure (no disease can be cured). What makes ALS so traumatic is to hear that there is nothing that doctors can do to cure or reverse the condition. Doctors can’t heal ALS patients by cutting out, radiating,or performing surgery. What are your recommendations for ALS patients? Is detox and liquid nutrients the way to
