Under extreme conditions colonics are very useful and highly recommended. However, that’s not always the case for most people so I always ask my clients to avoid them.

My daughter has Gilbert’s Syndrome which her doc said was “no big deal”. It’s a big deal on occasion as her liver (filter) only works at approx. 60%. One slumber party—or special event with cheetos and pizza on the menu, lack of sleep and a little stress thrown in when trying to make up homework missed, and she is sluggish at best, sick at worst. Hello, do you have any experience with Lipoma? Not to be confused with Lymphoma. It is the size of half a golf ball on my shoulder (between my arms and chest). Prune juice drank first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, warm or cold using NO LESS than 12 oz, once per week, has served me well for over 15 years.
