Hello Dr. Akilah, i have a question regarding the baby shampoo. I have been losing lots of hair in the recent times. I can make out by looking at the front portion of my hair. i was wondering if using baby shampoo is fine or not. i am 24 yrs old.
Baby shampoo will never help with hair loss. Why would it?
i just thought it might be better using chemIcal free shampoo then using shampoos with SLS. So i wanted to know In general if it is safe to use baby shampoo or not?
All baby shampoos have chemicals in it. Read and research all the ingredients of each baby shampoo on the market and you’ll see what I’m talking about.

The reasons I feel for my hair fall are majorly shampoo and hard water. It would be appreciable if you can suggest me some solutions for the above reasons. Like I heard that using apple cider vinegar we can make hard water soft, is that true ma’am?
