At the advice of a dentist in 1973, I have not used toothpaste since (thereby avoiding deadly fluoride), have flossed daily with a Flossaid.com device and use a small Christmas tree proxy brush. These measures have prevented any cavities or gum loss at age 66. I also rinse with a cysteine acid powder solution to remove deadly mercury remnants from my gums, tongue and teeth caused from former amalgam fillings. I do all of this while driving so can do a great job and save time. Now I will add the peroxide rinse as well.
