    I believe avoiding ready-made foods will be the first step to be able to lose weight. They can taste very good, but prepared foods contain very little nutritional value, making you take in more to have enough strength to get through the day. When you are constantly feeding on these foods, moving over to whole grains and other complex carbohydrates will make you to have more power while having less. Good blog post.

    I have always loved lemons and lemon in my water. Now I know why!! Thank you. I have some very serious side effects from a very severe heart attack only 45% of the heart working now. I am in good shape and it is GOD’s gift to me. But, I did develope asthma and a couple of other things that you mention in this article, so my day will now consist of warm water and lemon juice and know that it is a good thing that I crave it. thanks so very much for a great insight.
